Decide where you want coverage
Tell us whether you are considering selected panels or broader coverage. The front bumper, hood, fenders, mirrors and other areas each bring different installation details. Ask for a clear written description of the panels included in the quote, how panel edges will be treated and any areas that are excluded. A package name alone may not answer those questions.
Look at the paint before choosing the film
Existing chips, scratches, repainting or other paint concerns should be discussed before installation. Film is not a substitute for repairing every underlying defect. Share what you know about the finish and ask whether preparation or paint work is needed first. This helps establish realistic expectations for both the finished appearance and the installation sequence.
Understand what the product can do
Request the specifications and care information for the actual film being offered. Paint protection film and ceramic coating are different products, and they should not be treated as interchangeable. Ask about the risks the film is intended to address and its limitations. No film can make a vehicle immune to all impacts, scratches or wear.
Plan the work and the upkeep
Confirm the product, coverage, preparation, timing and written warranty terms before booking. Ask when the vehicle can be washed and what maintenance the film requires. If you are also considering tint or coating, mention those requests so their sequence can be discussed. All appointments take place at the Ontario shop; availability and the complete scope are confirmed directly.
